Co-browsing – joint navigation of the operator and the visitor on the client’s site, when the operator helps to solve the visitor’s problem by direct example, performing navigation actions directly in his browser. The function includes the ability for the operator to see which page of the site the visitor is viewing and what he (she) entered into the forms, to enter the text into these forms himself instead of the visitor Co browsing.

Cobrausing is always carried out with the consent of the visitor and at any second can be stopped by both the operator and the visitor. The visitor sees all actions and the position of the operator’s mouse cursor. The operator does not have access to either the visitor’s browser settings, or to other open tabs, much less to the resources of his computer.

To start a cobrausing session, the operator opens the Workplace page and switches to the Cobrausing tab in the chat section:

On the cobraser tab, the agent clicks the big blue Connect button.

At this moment, the visitor receives a message directly on the viewed page of the site. The operator invites you to start a cobrausing session:

As soon as the visitor clicks Yes, the operator will open an additional tab in the browser, and in it – the web page that the visitor is currently viewing. The operator can quickly access this tab by clicking the big blue Switch to Current Session button on the Workplace page.

The visitor can continue self-navigation in cobrausing mode. In parallel, he (she) will see a green arrow on the screen, which shows where the operator cursor is currently located (see the following illustration).

To disable a cobrausing session, a visitor just needs to click the Disconnect button, which appears at the top of the viewed web page from the moment the cobrausing session opens:

To terminate the cobrausing session, the operator must press the blue Disconnect button on the Cobrausing tab.

The session will be terminated automatically by operator’s inaction if the timeout for waiting for actions on his part is exceeded.

One operator can conduct one cobrausing session at a time.

To start a cobrausing session, the operator opens the Workplace page and switches to the Cobrausing tab in the chat section.
