A Baker’s Dream

Ever since I was a young child, I baked with my dad in our family kitchen. He did it for fun, but as I grew up, I began to take it more seriously. I dreamed of opening up my own bakery when I was old enough. My dad was supportive of this goal, and helped me hone my baking skills as I got older. It was really quite a blessing.

Baking for your own family is one thing, but baking for an indeterminable amount of people is quite another. Eventually, you have to find ways to cut costs, save time, and push out larger quantities to avoid running out of too many things. Luckily, my dad and I found the secret weapon for that.

I ordered my first Cuisinart food processor from KitchenWorksUSA. I had done a lot of research on how this could up my baking game, and I was so excited to see how many possibilities existed. Chances are that I’d wear them out quickly, so I figured it would make sense to be proactive about things like that.

I can make all sorts of dough with my Cuisinart food processor. Whether I’m baking pies, bread, cookies or scones, the answer is that machine. I can cut up cold butter right into the dough, which as anyone knows who has done this by hand, is really annoying. I can chop veggies for savory baked goods like my famous focaccia breads, or blend fruits for the sweet stuff. Chopping nuts is such a breeze. 

It’s like a whole new world of baking opened up for me once I started using a Cuisinart food processor. I’ve finally opened my own bakery, and I’m proud to say that it’s become popular enough to hire other people to help out with the business (including my retired dad)! I’ve purchased a few more Cuisinart food processors so we can push out the baked goods more efficiently. I never have to worry about running out of anything that I make!

I never thought I could attribute my success to a small kitchen appliance, but it’s actually the truth. I was able to make my dreams come true, all thanks to my Cuisinart food processor. What makes it even more rewarding is that I could give my dad a stress free part time job during his retirement. I truly could not be any happier with the way things have panned out.
